SUMMARY:ILS Interest Group on Oxylipin Analysis, second open meeting
DESCRIPTION:Dear Colleagues\nI am writing to update you on the work of the ILS Oxylipin IG. A few months ago, we published “Technical recommendations for oxylipin analysis” in Science Signaling with around 100 co-authors (https://www.science.org/doi/10.1126/scisignal.adw1245). Along with this, a comprehensive set of MS/MS-spectra of oxylipins has now been generated and uploaded to LIPID MAPS, with contributions from several of our analytical laboratories (https://lipidmaps.org/databases/oxylipin/browse).\nTo follow on from this work, we would like to discuss you next steps for the IG, to address the main challenges in our field.
