Today, on August 31st, 2022, at the International Mass Spectrometry Conference (ISMC) 2022 in Maastricht, Livia Eberlin received the Curt Brunnée Award 2020 for her contributions to the development of instrumentation for mass spectrometry, Shane Ellis received the Jochen Franzen Award 2022 for his contributions to structural and spatial analysis with mass-spectrometry, and Erin Baker received the Curt Brunnée Award 2022 for her contributions to ion mobility MS. All awardees have close connections to lipidomics. The ILS board therefor congratulates all awardees on behalf of the International Lipidomics Society!
