The Lipidomics Minimal Reporting Checklist summarizes key details of all steps of lipidomic workflow, like how to collect and store samples, extract lipids, perform mass spectrometric analysis, perform data processing, and report results. The aim is to give users an overview regarding the quality and completeness of lipidomic data, to further harmonize the field, and to improve the quality of lipidomic analysis.

In this webinar, we will give you an update on the latest improvements and new features supported by the upcoming version 2.0 of the lipidomics checklist.
