LipidCascade is a cloud-based software that will be used as our central database and visualization tool for quantitative lipidomics data. Initially, we aim to use LipidCascade as the central location for all our ring-trial studies and to use the system to accumulate lipid concentrations toward reference values. LipidCascade adapts the latest standardization rules and enables multi-study comparisons. Currently, all of you have access to LipidCascade, a benefit available only to members! You will be able to browse the lipidomics studies currently uploaded, including the Ceramide Ring Trial. Access LipidCascade via “Tools” on the main page using your ILS credentials.
