If your payment cannot be processed, it is usually because of an expired or invalid credit card.
When this happens:
- You will receive an email notification informing you about the failed payment.
- The email will include a secure, direct link that allows you to update your payment details.
- Simply enter your new credit card information and complete the payment to renew your membership.
Important: Please update your payment details as soon as possible to avoid interruption of your membership benefits.
If you choose not to update your payment details or no longer wish to continue your subscription, your membership will automatically end 14 days after the failed payment date.

- Look for your last order with the status Failed.
- Click Pay next to the failed order to complete your payment with updated payment details.
How to Check Your Membership Status
You can also check the status of your membership at any time by visiting your profile page:

- Active → Your membership is current.
- On-Hold → Your last payment failed, and the system is waiting for updated payment details.
- Cancelled → Your membership has been terminated and is no longer active.
- Expired → Your membership has ended automatically and is no longer active.
