We are pleased to announce that LipidCascade is now live and available to members of the International Lipidomics Society (ILS).
LipidCascade is a cloud-based platform designed to serve as a central database and visualization tool for quantitative lipidomics data. It is built to support the integration and comparison of datasets across studies, following the latest standardization guidelines.
The initial focus is to establish LipidCascade as the central repository for ILS ring-trial studies. Over time, the platform will support the accumulation of lipid concentration data toward the development of reference values, enabling robust multi-study comparisons and advancing harmonization efforts in the field.
Access for ILS Members
Access to LipidCascade is now available exclusively to ILS members. You can explore currently available datasets, including the Ceramide Ring Trial.
The platform can be accessed via the “Tools” section on the ILS main menu. To log in to LipidCascade, please select the SSO (Single Sign-On) option and use your ILS credentials.
